Joseph S. Pass Presents At The Amalgamated Transit Union’s Joint Conference Held In Indianapolis, Indiana on August 27-30

Our firm has represented countless locals of the Amalgamated Transit Union over the years and through this representation one of our most gratifying experiences is presenting to the constituent locals of the Joint Conference, formally known as the Southern Conference. The Joint Conference venue rotates throughout the country from year to year. This year’s conference was held in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Joe’s legal presentation this year centered on effective bargaining with employers in both the public and private sector. The presentation was an interactive program where all attendees actively participated in mock negotiations over various bargaining subjects. The conference was a great success. When the conference was winding down, it was only appropriate, being in Indianapolis, that we spent a night at the National Hot Rod Association (NHRA) to enjoy the local flavor that Indianapolis had to offer.
