J. Skye McCollum

Skye McCollum joined Jubelirer, Pass & Intrieri, P.C. in 2024 after earning her J.D. from William & Mary Law School.

Born and raised in Raleigh, NC, Skye graduated summa cum laude from NC State with B.A.s in Political Science and Foreign Languages and Literatures. During law school, she interned for Planned Parenthood Advocates of Virginia, the Service Employees International Union, and the Virginia Education Association. Skye served as Co-Chair of the National Lawyers Guild at W&M and articles editor of the W&M Journal of Race, Gender, and Social Justice. Additionally, she spent two years as a volunteer organizer for UNITE HERE Local 23, fighting alongside campus dining workers to win their unions at universities across Virginia. In 2023, she was selected as a recipient of the Peggy Browning Fellowship. Skye’s background in organizing provides her with a unique perspective on the intersection of the labor movement, socioeconomic justice, and the law. 

Skye is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania. She is available to provide counsel to clients in all areas of labor and employment law. 

When she’s not marching on a picket line, Skye enjoys reading, traveling, and hanging out with her cat, Nim.
